Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a number of Teaching Assistants in the Oxford area to work on a short term basis within our partnership SEN schools. This position is suitable for anyone looking to work flexible days, particularly students who would like to gain experience around their studies.

The schools in which you will be placed will cater for a variety of different ages with all students having some area of special educational needs. If you have a particular preference in an area you would like to gain experience in, we can assist with this, although someone willing to get involved in any school would be ideal. We are willing to accept applications from people with or without experience as this can be a fantastic opportunity to start your career in education or develop yourself if you have already worked within the sector. Someone with a proactive and willing personality, who can take direction but also act on their own initiative when necessary is more important than previous qualifications or training, however this would also be beneficial.
