We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a highly supportive SEN school in Salisbury. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining learning continuity and creating an inclusive, engaging classroom environment.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities across KS1–KS4 in the absence of the class teacher
• Support students with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties
• Promote positive behaviour and manage classroom dynamics using school policies
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners
• Build strong relationships with pupils, fostering confidence and independence

This specialist SEN school provides education for pupils 5-16 years old with diverse needs, including communication and interaction difficulties, social, emotional and mental health challenges, and sensory or physical needs. Who We Are Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people in education, care, or youth settings
• Strong classroom management skills and a calm, positive approach
• Understanding of SEN support strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
