Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school in Bedford who are looking for behaviour support staff to join their team. For this role you must:
- Have a positive attitude towards your work
- Be able to build strong relationships with pupils and parents
- Have previous teaching assistant experience
- Be passionate about wanting to make a difference
- Be able to work as part of a team
The school has mixed class sets that include a high number of EAL students due to the catchment area. The classes also include some challenging behaviour within those class sets. This is a great opportunity that offers you the chance to hit the ground running and make a real difference within the class room along with the overall improvement of the school. The school have recently expanded the number of classrooms with a new building being added to the site and there are further improvement plans for the future.
