SEMH Teaching Assistants - Required

The position is challenging but rewarding and will require you to work both alongside teachers and other education professionals, as well as independently under teachers' direction. You will be supporting the work of small groups of primary and secondary age children and individuals, helping to ensure that each student achieves their full potential.
Duties are varied, depending on the special needs of the pupils concerned.
Enthusiasm and passion are essential, as is a high level of personal commitment. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent Maths and English skills - equivalent to GCSE grade C or above. The ability to engage with young people and build positive relationships is essential. If you are a good team player, who is patient, understanding and have the ability to establish a rapport with young people in a busy and lively setting, this may be the job for you.
