A vibrant Secondary school in Scarborough has begun the search for a confident graduate to join the team as a Behaviour Mentor. This Behaviour Mentor role would suit a dedicated graduate who has an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in your degree and practice working with challenging children. The ideal individual should be able to inspire pupils with their enthusiasm and build positive relationships with their pupils. In this Behaviour Mentor role you will be able to set a good example and prove an in depth subject knowledge. The successful candidate will have an innately resilient manner and excellent communication skills, and will be able to confidently convey their thoughts.
