A School that Puts Students First
This is a setting where relationships matter and every student is given the opportunity to succeed.

With a therapeutic approach to behaviour and learning, the school supports young people who have struggled in mainstream education.

Small class sizes, a calm environment and a focus on individual development create the ideal setting for pupils to grow in confidence, re-engage with learning and feel truly understood.

The staff team is skilled, supportive and passionate about creating positive outcomes for all.

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant
You will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to support students academically, socially and emotionally.

Your responsibilities will include classroom support, delivering small group interventions, managing behaviour with consistency and empathy, and encouraging the development of positive relationships.

No two days are the same, but every day brings the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
