Are you a qualified teacher with significant SEN experience? We are particularly keen to hear from Teachers interested in working with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. If you have strong behaviour management skills, an empathetic nature and a desire to work with challenging and vulnerable young people then please contact Teaching Personnel.
Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a secondary school in the L25 area in Woolton which caters for children with complex special educational needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Autistic Spectrum Conditions, which impact on their Social, Emotional and Behavioural responses.
The ideal candidate will have: * A UK recognised Teaching qualification * Experience working with young people with SEMH and Challenging Behaviour * An ability to teach across a range of subjects and adapt to levels of the pupils * Excellent behaviour management skills
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
