Would you be interested in developing a relationship with a school who could potentially offer teacher training?

I have 3 immediate Behavior Mentor opportunities which have arisen in Secondary Schools around Croydon. These roles are full time and focused solely on the development behavior with students aged 11-16, working on a one to one and small group basis. All of the schools are part of an Academy Trust who work together to ensure students are able to have the best education, and make the highest amount of progression during their time there.

All of the schools are outstanding and have a proactive approach to supporting their students, and developing the skill of their teachers and support staff. Students at the school are from a variety of background and Boroughs, many of them being from low economics backgrounds or having English as an additional language.

Applicants for this role would ideally have a background in Youth Work, Education or with Young Offenders.
