Candidates must be Confident working with challenging behaviour and special educational needs. The school is looking for the teachers that are constantly striving to help their students fulfil their potential and ensure they appreciate the importance of making a positive contribution to the community. Experience of working within a similar environment and a Team Teach qualification.

The perfect candidate would…

• Have experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong Behaviour Management skills.
• Passion and determination for making a difference
• Understanding / Experience of Mental Health & Special Needs
• Previous experience is essential

In order to register with Teaching Personnel, candidates are required to have Child Workforce DBS registered on the update service. All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course through Teaching Personnel, or provide a relevant safeguarding certificate during your registration process. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory vetting checks and references.
