About SEMH Pupils:
Students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs require additional support to navigate various challenges. Examples of SEMH needs include:
Emotional Regulation: Difficulty managing and expressing emotions appropriately.
Social Interaction: Struggles with building and maintaining positive relationships with peers and adults.
Concentration and Behaviour: Challenges in maintaining focus and exhibiting disruptive behaviours.
Self-Esteem: Issues related to self-worth and confidence.
Anxiety and Stress: Coping with heightened levels of anxiety and stress in different situations.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience in teaching and supporting students with SEMH needs.
Adaptability: Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of SEMH pupils.
Empathy: Demonstrate understanding and empathy towards the unique challenges faced by SEMH students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
