Seeking Male Behaviour Support Assistants

Job description

We are seeking confident, experienced male Behaviour Mentors for an SEN school in Leeds. 

Team Teach experience is preferred but not essential.

You may have prior experience as a support worker, youth worker or in youth criminal justice. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and bring a real passion for education and behaviour support to the classroom.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working with young people with SEMH and behavioural needs.
  • Be proactive and organised.
  • Have a passion and drive for education.
  • Work well in a team.
  • Be confident in supporting students 1:1.

Additionally, candidates must also be UK residents, living in the country for at least 3 months, with valid Right to Work documents and relevant qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
