We are recruiting experienced tutors and teachers who are interested in providing 1:1 tutoring to pupils in person as well as via on an online platform. Teaching Personnel work closely with the Local Authorities across Hampshire, and we are seeking tutors to support the growing demand in tuition across the county. The requests for tuition will vary for pupils in age, ability and subject requirements - The most common subject requirements being English, Maths and Science.
The successful candidate would be required to teach in person and through online lessons, depending on the pupils' requirement. You will be required to plan, deliver and mark work for students, as well as completing weekly reports to record progress, attendance and engagement.
Tuition gives the flexibility of managing your own time, and allows you to work with as many pupils as your schedule will allow.
To be considered, you will need to be:
- Confident with virtual software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Have previous experience teaching or tutoring children
- Be comfortable working with children who have a wide range of needs, including Autism, SEMH and anxiety
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be comfortable in delivering prepared work to pupils, and completing weekly progress reports

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
