Secondary Teacher – Worksop

Salary: £140 - £240
Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher to join one of our supportive partner secondary schools in Worksop. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students, deliver high-quality lessons, and contribute to a thriving school community.
About the Role
As a Secondary Teacher, you will:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in your specialist subject (KS5 experience desirable).
• Plan, prepare, and differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Use assessment to monitor progress, identify gaps, and plan targeted intervention.
• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, confidence, and achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental initiatives, and whole-school development.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and academic outcomes.
About You
We are looking for a Secondary Teacher who:
• Holds QTS or QTLS (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).
• Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality teaching.
• Can plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate learners of all abilities.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
• Shows enthusiasm for enrichment, extra-curricular activities, or wider school involvement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
