Location: Carmarthenshire
Pay Rate: £172.98 per day
Start Date: Flexible

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teachers to work across a variety of schools in the Carmarthenshire area. Whether you are an NQT/ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience or an FQT seeking your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
The Role
As a Secondary Teacher, you will:
✅ Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons
✅ Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
✅ Support students to achieve their academic potential
✅ Effectively manage classroom behaviour
✅ Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
✅ Adapt teaching methods to meet a range of learning needs
Requirements
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ NQT/ECT or Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) status
✅ Strong classroom management skills
✅ Passion for education and student success
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Ability to provide references covering the last two years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
