We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary School Teacher to join our welcoming and ambitious school community in Blandford Forum. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-prepared lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress to support individual achievement.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum planning, enrichment opportunities, and wider school activities.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour management and promote safeguarding throughout the school.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge with a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring young people.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to professional development and reflective teaching practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
