Secondary Supply Teachers & Cover Supervisors | Brighton & Surrounding Areas
Looking for greater flexibility without stepping away from education?
I'm currently working with a number of secondary schools across Brighton and the surrounding areas, helping them recruit Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors for both immediate and upcoming opportunities.
Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for better work-life balance, an ECT wanting to build classroom experience, or an aspiring teacher looking to develop your confidence, there are a range of opportunities available.

- Day-to-day Supply Teachers
- Cover Supervisors
- Long-term Supply Teachers
- Short-term Classroom Cover
- Subject Specialist Teachers
- September vacancies across a range of secondary schools
Flexible working patterns are available, whether you're looking for one day a week or a full-time timetable.
Who This Role Would Suit
I'd be keen to hear from:
- Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent)
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
- Experienced Cover Supervisors
- Graduates considering teacher training
- Sports coaches, tutors and youth workers with experience working with young people
Schools are looking for individuals who can build positive relationships quickly, manage classrooms confidently and adapt to different school environments.
Access to a vehicle is advantageous, allowing you to travel to a wider range of schools, though it isn't essential.

If you don't currently hold one, you'll need to apply through us. I'll support you throughout the process, though the cost is covered by the applicant.
As part of our safeguarding process, we'll also require references covering a total of 24 months of employment history (where possible), alongside a full employment and education history.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
