Supply Teacher Required
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
A large, inclusive, and well‑resourced academy with strong community values, extensive facilities, a wide curriculum, and excellent SEND support integrated across the school is seeking a value-sharing Supply Teacher to be a valuable addition to their team!
The Role
- Responsible for supervising pre-prepared lessons
- Maintaining a calm and purposeful classroom environment
- Ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning
- Collect completed work at the end of lessons
- Provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate
- You will also be expected to follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies

Who We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Dedication to supporting young people’s learning
- Sharing the school’s aims to nurture academic success, personal development, and future readiness.
- Experience and confidence teaching across KS3 and KS4
Working Hours and Benefits
Those working as substitute teachers with Teaching Personnel benefit from a flexible working schedule, with both pre-booked and short-notice opportunities available. Weekly pay is processed every Friday (competitive daily rate), and you will receive ongoing support from a dedicated personal consultant.
