We are working with a SEN School based in Middlesbrough, that is seeking an experienced SEN Secondary Teacher to take on a full-time position. This School ensures that every child and member of staff is respected and valued throughout the duration of their time there and prides itself on being safe, secure and welcoming.

The ideal Candidate should have the relevant experience and must be passionate when caring for others and is confident when managing challenging behaviours.

The role is due to commence immediately and will be required until the end of the academic year, with the potential of being extended. Due to the role being required on a long term basis, we are able to negotiate your daily rate on your behalf, starting from £150 per day.

Experience

  • Must hold a PGCE with QTS
  • Must hold an enhanced child and adult DBS on the update service 
  • Preferred experience working in an SEN environment or supporting those with additional needs
  • Ability to liaise with staff, students and parents to work together for development of students
  • Patient and Caring
  • Excellent level of communication

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
