You’ll work across KS3–KS4 (and sometimes KS5), supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
  • Moderate to complex learning difficulties
  • Speech, language, and communication needs

In your role, you will:

✅ Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in your subject specialism
✅ Adapt teaching to meet diverse needs and abilities
✅ Support EHCP targets and personalised learning outcomes
✅ Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
✅ Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

✔ Experience teaching within a secondary school setting (any subject)
✔ Strong understanding of differentiation and adaptive teaching
