Teaching Personnel is supporting several secondary schools in Weymouth and the surrounding areas, all of which are looking for adaptable and confident supply teachers to assist with both daily cover and longer‑term staffing needs.

As school requirements shift throughout the year, we need teachers who can step confidently into the classroom and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment when permanent staff are unavailable.

We provide opportunities across a range of mainstream secondary settings, covering KS3 and KS4, including:

• Part‑time and flexible ad‑hoc supply work
• Consistent full‑time supply roles
• Daily, weekly, or extended block placements (up to half a term or longer)
