Secondary Maths Teacher needs in LS14 for September 2019

Are you a Maths Teacher looking for a new role? Newly qualified or seeking a new challenge, we want to hear from you! My client, the highest performing secondary school in the area are looking to secure a Maths Teacher as soon as possible. If this sounds like just the job for you then please read on as this is a great opportunity to work in a thriving academic environment.

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a Maths Teacher for a "Good" secondary school in the Leeds LS14 area. This will be a full time, 5 days a week role. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 and would also be expected to liaise with the Head of Department.

My client has set high expectations and continues to prepare students for the demands of the current examination system. Pupils will benefit from small class sizes and a highly personalised curriculum which focuses on the needs of each individual student to maximise progress. Teaching and learning is our number one obsession and we are committed to ensuring our students have access to the best quality teachers possible.

Teaching Personnel are looking for Science Teachers who:

  • Have worked in UK secondary schools previously,
  • Have taught Science on the 1-9 grading system,
  • A UK recognised teaching qualification,
  • NQTs with relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Can adapt to new situations quickly & have the ability to think on your feet
  • Have an upbeat and positive attitude towards the education of young people
  • Can support and be sympathetic to the Catholic ethos of the school
  • Have a DBS certificate registered on the Update Service OR BE WILLING TO DO SO.
