Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work in a school across Gateshead. This school prioritises the embedding of amibition in the students, and is seeking an educator to embody the school's core values.
The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND

Support pupils within the classroom alongside the class teacher

Help students develop socially, emotionally, and academically
-
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with SEN/SEND pupils (desirable but not essential)

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Show patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children

Be reliable, adaptable, and committed to making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
