Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work in a school across Gateshead. This school prioritises the embedding of amibition in the students, and is seeking an educator to embody the school's core values.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND

• Support pupils within the classroom alongside the class teacher

• Help students develop socially, emotionally, and academically

• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with SEN/SEND pupils (desirable but not essential)

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Show patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children

• Be reliable, adaptable, and committed to making a difference
