£90–£110 per day (Experience Dependent)

Are you passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs? Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work in a school within Gateshead, supporting students with SEND in the classroom.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for SEND pupils

• Support student learning and social development in the classroom

• Assist the class teacher as needed

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience with SEN/SEND (desirable, not essential)

• Strong communication skills

• Patient, caring, and committed to making a difference
