Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant

Teaching Personnel Wales' high performing Secondary branch are looking for a new consultant to join their team. Teaching Personnel have been awarded a place on the Welsh framework for the provision of supply teachers and temporary workers meaning that we are a Welsh Government approved agency and therefore the preferred and recommended option for schools and candidates.

The four consultants on the Secondary team have strong existing relationships with their client schools and are the sole recruiter for many of them. They are looking for a new consultant to help service these clients but also to business develop within new schools and new areas.

Person specification:

- To be driven, ambitious and keen to work towards targets

- Someone who likes to progress and develop professionally

- Has a proven track record of success in previous employment

- Sales and/or customer experience

- A keen interest/background in education and making a difference to the lives of children

- A good team worker and able to contribute to a team and work collaboratively
