About the Role
We are recruiting motivated and enthusiastic Secondary ECTs across a range of subject specialisms to work on a supply basis in local secondary schools.
This role offers the opportunity to:

- Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 – KS5 (depending on your subject)
- Build confidence in classroom management and teaching delivery

To be considered, you must have:
Qualifications:
- PGCE / QTS (or due to achieve this academic year)
- Relevant subject specialism
Experience & Skills:
- Recent teaching placements within secondary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Passion for teaching and commitment to pupil progress
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Additional:
- Driving licence & access to a vehicle (advantageous but not essential)
