Secondary Cover Supervisor / Supply Teacher
Location: Plymouth
Pay: Competitive Daily Rate

Teaching Personnel are working with a number of secondary schools across Plymouth who are looking for confident Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers to support with classroom cover.
This is a fantastic opportunity for ECTs finishing their PGCE who want to gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence, and experience a range of schools before securing a permanent role.
The Role

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
-
Maintain strong classroom management and keep students engaged with learning

Support students with their work and ensure lessons run smoothly
-
Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom environments
-
Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson/day
We Are Looking For

ECTs / PGCE students finishing their training, or graduates with classroom experience

Individuals with strong classroom presence and behaviour management

Confident communicators who can build quick rapport with students

Reliable, professional and adaptable educators

Passion for supporting secondary-aged students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
