Teaching Personnel are working with a number of secondary schools across Plymouth who are looking for confident Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers to support with classroom cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for ECTs finishing their PGCE who want to gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence, and experience a range of schools before securing a permanent role.

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

• Maintain strong classroom management and keep students engaged with learning

• Support students with their work and ensure lessons run smoothly

• Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom environments

• Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson/day

We Are Looking For

• ECTs / PGCE students finishing their training, or graduates with classroom experience

• Individuals with strong classroom presence and behaviour management

• Confident communicators who can build quick rapport with students

• Reliable, professional and adaptable educators

• Passion for supporting secondary-aged students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
