Job description

Teaching Personnel is seeking a behavioural support worker to work 1-to-1 with children year 7-11. This is a rewarding role perfect for a candidate who has a passion to make a difference.

This behavioural support worker role includes working with challenging children who have social, emotional and mental behaviour issues; the ideal candidate would be working with children who for various reasons can no longer stay in mainstream education. As a behavioural support worker you'd be working with both the curriculum and vocational subjects as well as social activities all specifically tailored to the child's need.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience and a drivers license with access to a car.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
