I am working on behalf of an OFSTED "rated good school" in York who is looking to employ a Science Teacher to start in September 2019. My clients aim is to promote a vibrant educational environment and offer opportunities for students who are struggling to learn because of SEMH, ASC or other Special Educational Needs.

This alternative service caters for a wide range of individual student's ages 5-16 years old who have struggled in or have left main stream schools. The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor of Education/ PGCE/ or equivalent teaching degree
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching the UK secondary curriculum KS3 & KS4
• Proven experience of teaching all 3 key subject areas
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Be available for September 2019
• Live in or be able to commute to the York area
