Science Teacher
Job description
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a passionate and creative science teacher who are wanting a full-time position in a secondary school this May. The successful candidate must be able to teach to KS3 and KS4.
The position is a general science role and is open to both experienced and newly qualified teachers. The school are looking someone to join their team full-time until the end of the academic year with opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The school is based in North Manchester and is rated highly. It is an Ofsted rated ‘good’ school, and pride themselves in the success of their pupils. It is widely accessible by populated bus routes and motorways such as M60.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Pupils behaviour within the classroom
- Look out for underachieving students and adapt lesson plans to their ability
- Set challenging homework and constructive feedback
- Uphold the school’s values

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
