Job description

Science Teacher – Full-Time (ASAP Start)
Location: Preston
Contract: Immediate start – End of the Academic Year

Are you a passionate Science Teacher looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Preston, starting as soon as possible and continuing through to the end of the academic year.

The Role:

  • Full-time teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)

  • Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics

  • Support student progress and achievement in a well-resourced department

  • Opportunity to contribute to enrichment and extracurricular activities

We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education

  • Someone who can start immediately and commit until July

  • A team player with excellent classroom management and communication skills
