Science Teacher – Short or Long-Term Cover in South Manchester

Are you a qualified Science teacher available for an exciting new opportunity in South Manchester? We’re working with secondary schools across Levenshulme, Stockport and Didsbury who are seeking short-term or long-term cover starting as soon as possible. Successful candidates will have experience working in secondary schools and have a PGCE or SCITT qualifications.

About the Role:

• Full time Science teaching position: KS3 and KS4
• Pay will be dependent upon experience and pay scale: MPS1 – UPS3

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
• Long-term roles include additional responsibilities including planning and marking
• Work collaboratively with experienced departments

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Is adaptable, reliable, and confident with classroom management
• Available for immediate start (flexible durations)

• Applications are encouraged from ECTs or more experienced teachers
