• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent)
• An enhanced Child‑Only DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
• Strong subject knowledge with experience teaching Science at secondary level
• Effective classroom management and organisational skills
• The ability to build positive relationships and communicate clearly
• A flexible and student‑focused approach to teaching
