Science Teacher
Job description
A well-established mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a committed and inspiring Science Teacher to join their team from January. This is a full-time position, offering the successful candidate the chance to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 within a supportive and forward-thinking department.
The school prides itself on fostering curiosity, encouraging independent thinking, and delivering a curriculum that helps students connect scientific concepts to real-world applications. The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications

Have experience delivering engaging Science lessons to mixed-ability groups

Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour

Contribute positively to a collaborative department and wider school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
