 About the Role

I am currently working with this mainstream secondary school based in Bournemouth who are looking for a qualified Science teacher to start with them at October 2020. As a Science teacher you will be responsible for creating engaging class content for students aged 11-18 with an interest in Science. The school are looking for an individual who is capable of delivering a high standard of knowledge to students at both GSCE and A level. The successful candidate will be required to be punctual & have a can-do attitude to help the student achieve their predicted grades. This would be a full time post on a initial contract until July 2021

This Secondary academy school caters to approximately 900 mixed ability pupils in which are supported within a safe and supportive working environment which focuses on the development of academic ability and vocational skills. The schools main aim is to support each individual where possible enhancing the results in each department as a whole, while doing so the school promote independent learning through individual and group learning allowing each student to develop and grow in terms of their personal needs and interests. The school also has an ambition to encourage each student to raise expectations while taking responsibility of their own actions and learning.
