Teaching personnel are looking to recruit Science Graduates for a September 2019 start to work in our SEN schools and Pupil Provisions across Oldham as a Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate must have a calm and patient manner, as you may often be dealing with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs. You must also have the ability to multi-task and manage time.
These positions are commencing in September 2019 and are temporary positions which will involve working in various Settings. These positions will suit recent graduates who can be flexible and are available 2 - 3 days on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Science (any classification)
- Patience and resilience
- The ability to break down learning and make it accessible
- Empathy
- Have the ability to build positive relationships with Teachers and pupils
