This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners and helping create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

The Role

Supporting pupils throughout the school day in and out of the classroom
Working with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting pupil wellbeing
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and preparation of resources
Supporting children with additional needs when required
Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

Experience working with children in a school, nursery, youth work, or childcare setting
Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
