Location: Secondary School, Caerphilly
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Pay: £110–£120 per day
Contract: Flexible (Part-Time / Placement-Friendly)

Your Role
As a Sports Coach & Support Assistant, you will:
- Support and co-deliver engaging PE lessons
- Lead and assist with training sessions, practices, and after-school clubs
- Help develop game strategies and performance improvement plans
- Provide individual and group coaching feedback
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Support classroom learning across general subjects when required
- Ensure student safety and proper use of equipment
- Assist with school competitions and sporting events

We’re Looking For
- Students or graduates in a sports-related degree (or currently studying)
- Passion for working with young people of all abilities
- Energetic, positive, and reliable individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Coaching, playing, or leadership experience (desirable but not essential)
- First Aid/CPR (preferred but not required)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
