Are you hands-on, reliable, and proud of keeping things running smoothly? We’re working with two welcoming schools in Llanelli and Carmarthen who are looking for a dedicated School Caretaker to join their team.
The Role:
As a School Caretaker, you’ll be key to maintaining a safe, secure, and well-kept environment for pupils and staff. Responsibilities include:

General site maintenance and minor repairs
-
Opening and closing the school buildings
-
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times ⚠️
-
Maintaining outdoor areas and school grounds
-
Supporting with room setups and day-to-day site needs

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is practical, proactive, and dependable

Has good DIY or maintenance skills ️

Can work independently and take initiative
-
Previous caretaking or site experience is desirable (but not essential)
Location: Carmarthen/Llanelli

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
