Are you hands-on, reliable, and proud of keeping things running smoothly? We’re working with two welcoming schools in Llanelli and Carmarthen who are looking for a dedicated School Caretaker to join their team.

The Role:

As a School Caretaker, you’ll be key to maintaining a safe, secure, and well-kept environment for pupils and staff. Responsibilities include:

• General site maintenance and minor repairs

• Opening and closing the school buildings

• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times ⚠️

• Maintaining outdoor areas and school grounds

• Supporting with room setups and day-to-day site needs

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is practical, proactive, and dependable

• Has good DIY or maintenance skills ️

• Can work independently and take initiative

• Previous caretaking or site experience is desirable (but not essential)
