Everton Primary School is a warm, friendly and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to flourish. We are looking for a highly organised, approachable and enthusiastic School Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the smooth day‑to‑day running of our school office.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, you will be a vital ambassador for our school. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors, parents and pupils and managing front‑of‑house queries
- Maintaining accurate school records and databases
- Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
- Producing letters, documentation and communication for parents
- Assisting with admissions and pupil data
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
- General office duties such as answering calls, email management and filing
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with people
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with IT systems (SIMS/Arbor experience desirable but not essential)
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about helping create a positive school environment
Experience in a school office is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
