Reception Class Teacher, Islington(Finsbury Park)

A lovely centre attached to a Primary school in Islington are looking for a Reception Teacher to join their team in September. The centre is walking distance from Finsbury Park station (national rail) and Arsenal (Picadilly line). The staff speak a range of languages to help learners, parents and staff communicate their needs and the dedicated daycare team provides the consistent care that is so crucial for your child.

The most recent Ofsted report was rated 'Outstanding' in 2017:

"The staff in the Nursery and Reception classes organise exciting learning activities both indoors and outdoors. This enables children to progress well from their low starting points."

"The early years provision is led exceptionally well. High expectations have enabled [the children] to develop early skills remarkably well."

"Well-planned activities indoors and out of the classroom follow the children's interests as well as ensuring that they quickly acquire early reading, writing and number skills. Phonic teaching is exceptionally strong."

Pay: Main scale pay
