Job Title: Qualified Tutor
Location:
Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes
Salary:
£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans based on student needs
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning progress
- Assess student understanding and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area
Experience:
At least 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Sound understanding of the UK education system
- Proficiency in subject matter being taught
- Ability to motivate and engage students
- Experience with online teaching platforms is desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Additional teaching certifications

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
