The School based on the attractive City of Chichester are looking to appoint a passionate, inspirational and ambitious Teacher of French and Spanish to join their already expert and highly qualified team of practitioners and support staff for September 2019. The head of department is looking for someone who can confidently teach both French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4 to a high standard as well as enrich the Languages curriculum with their own refreshing expertise, approaches to pedagogy and enthusiasm.
The department is set up to welcome either an NQT or more experienced teacher. The school has an excellent support and CPD programme ran by a well respected assistant principal. The successful candidate should be keen to develop their teaching and learning, whatever stage of their career. You must be passionate, resilient and be willing to take risks by putting MFL into real life contexts to help motivate students in the classroom and beyond. The department offers a fantastic extra curriculum programme of which you should take an active part in sharing new ideas and energy.
The school is considered to be a good school in all areas and strive for excellence amongst students and staff alike. They provide excellent provision to curriculum access for all of their students and value strong relationships with parents and carers.
