We are looking for qualified Childcare Practitioners to work in friendly, nurturing nursery in Cardiff, where children’s curiosity, creativity, and wellbeing come first.

About the Nursery

The Role

You will work with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, helping to create a calm, welcoming, and safe environment where every child feels valued, secure, and inspired to learn.

As a senior practitioner, you will:

  • Act as a positive role model for staff and children
  • Deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework
  • Build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
  • Support children’s learning, development, and independence
  • Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Level 2/3 qualification in Children’s Care, Play, Learning and Development (CCPLD) or Early Years Practitioner Status
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Welsh speaking is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
