Qualified SEN Maths Teacher – Full-Time – South Norw
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Maths Teacher to join a supportive specialist school in South Norwood, South London. This is a full-time role and an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to helping students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) achieve success in mathematics.
The Role:

Delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students
-
Planning and implementing strategies to support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and other additional learning needs
-
Using creative approaches to make Maths accessible and enjoyable for learners of varying abilities
-
Collaborating with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team to ensure positive student outcomes
-
Supporting behaviour management and promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Requirements:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
-
Proven experience teaching Maths, ideally within a SEN or alternative provision setting
-
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to individual needs
-
Patience, resilience, and a passion for supporting vulnerable learners
-
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
