Your Role as a Primary Teacher
-
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
-
Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs, including SEN support.
-
Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to children and parents.
-
Build a positive, inclusive classroom environment that inspires learning.
-
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and school staff.

Contribute to wider school life, including events and extracurricular activities.
✅ What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
-
Minimum 2 years’ UK primary teaching experience.
-
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks.
-
Confidence in supporting pupils with SEN and differentiating lessons.
-
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
-
Flexibility to travel within Cambridgeshire (own transport desirable).
-
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
