Engaging English Teacher with experience of teaching GCSE students – Does that sound like you?

Our improving partner school provides great support and training to employees and requires a teacher with a real passion for English language to teach pupils of secondary school age. The school has excellent IT facilities, to support their staff in delivering the good quality of education every pupil deserves. Other areas of the school are also due to undergo refurbishment.

The role is available either full-time or part-time. You will take on a full teaching role, with duties to include:

• Planning, teaching and marking
• Attending parents evenings and conducting consultations with parents
• Creating reports
• Organising and supporting extra-curricular activities such as trips out and after-school sessions

The ideal candidate could be a Newly Qualified Teacher, Fully Qualified Teacher or Overseas Trained Teacher. You must be available to work at least one full term.

If successful with your application, you will be required to attend an interview at the school, which will include an observed lesson.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
