**Your Responsibilities:**
- Provide customized one-on-one or small group tutoring that caters to each student’s unique needs.
- Teach core subjects up to the GCSE level, creating lessons that address challenges while enhancing strengths.

- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student success.
- Regularly evaluate student progress and refine teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
**What You Bring:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience working with students.
- Strong expertise in core subjects up to the GCSE level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
