QTS Cover Supervisors – Your Flexi-Teaching Career Starts Here!

Craving the classroom without the commitment? As a QTS Cover Supervisor, you can bring your skills and experience into schools across Hertfordshire, delivering engaging lessons without the planning or marking.

We’re seeking qualified teachers (QTS) to provide short-term cover for secondary schools. This is ideal for educators who value variety and flexibility – whether that’s full-time or just a couple of days a week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver set lessons across a range of subjects

  • Keep pupils on track and engaged

  • Support behaviour and classroom management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
