General Cover Supervisor (with QTS)

Location: Hertfordshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Flexible | Term-time only

We are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor with Qualified Teacher Status to join a leading independent school in Hertfordshire. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher who enjoys the variety and pace of cover work across subjects, with a strong commitment to student progress and pastoral care.

You’ll be part of a supportive team in a setting where behaviour is exemplary, and lessons are purposeful and calm.

Key requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience across a range of secondary subjects preferred

  • A flexible and professional approach

  • Access to a car and ability to travel to the school
