Psychology Teacher

Job description

We’re working on behalf of a well-established, Peterborough-based school to appoint a Psychology Teacher on either a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be a Fully-Qualified Teacher and should be free to start work in September 2020, for a minimum of one term. This position is initially temporary; however there is an opportunity to gain a permanent contract at the school through an introductory period with Teaching Personnel.  

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating an engaging and positive learning environment for pupils in KS3, KS4 and KS5.
  • Managing behaviour confidently and in line with school policies
  • Planning, Teaching  and Marking for GCSE and  A level Psychology

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
